Monitor and evaluate performance targets and publish scorecards
Engage stakeholders across public, private, and civic sectors
Support policy and legal reforms to unlock productivity and investment
Mobilise resources and manage blended financing mechanisms and SPVs
Drive innovation and knowledge sharing for continuous improvement
