The 24-Hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development Secretariat (24H+) is inviting pharmaceutical manufacturers and investors to register interest in tenancy at the Legon Pharmaceutical Innovation Park (LePIP), Ghana’s first integrated pharmaceutical innovation park.

The park, a 2,000-acre GMP-ready hub at the Osudoku/Ningo Prampram enclave, is designed to bring manufacturers, researchers and suppliers together on shared, compliant infrastructure, allowing companies to focus on production rather than building utilities and laboratories from scratch.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) call is open to pharmaceutical manufacturers, producers of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), vaccine and biologics developers, nutraceutical and herbal medicine companies, and makers of diagnostics and medical devices.

Tenants will have access to reliable power and water, cold-chain and logistics services, factory shell buildings, centralised quality control laboratories, effluent treatment facilities and a Pharmaceutical Research and Innovation Centre, all within GMP-compliant shared infrastructure.

LePIP forms part of the Authority’s broader strategy to deepen industrialisation, accelerate exports and create sustainable jobs, anchored on increased production in priority sectors.

Companies operating from the park will be positioned to serve the Ghanaian market as well as markets across ECOWAS and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

Interested companies can submit their expressions of interest through the online EOI Response Form or by email to lepip@24hplus.gov.gh. The deadline for submissions is 12 October 2026.

For enquiries, call +233 54 865 2873 or visit www.24hplus.gov.gh.
